What can be sent?

We will not accept personal shipments without detailed information of recipients, such as: name, phone number, address, etc.
Do not transport goods that can cause fire or explosion or contain dangerous substances.
Do not transport perishable goods, cash, payment cards, etc.
Do not transport items on the List of goods banned from import and export under Decree 69/2018 / ND-CP.
Please weigh and measure the volume of goods before delivery. In case the goods are not pre-weighed, NTQ Worldwide will weigh on the spot or bring them to the warehouse and notify you of the actual measured weight
